The Golden Path is for people who want a personal, accompanied change. In the first conversation, we will clarify together whether this path currently suits you.

How much time do I need per week?

The practice is structured in such a way that it can be easily integrated into a full everyday life. As a rule, short, regular units – tailored to your situation are sufficient.

Do I need to have previous experience with exercise or mindfulness?

No. The Golden Path is customized – whether you are a beginner or already have experience.

What makes the Golden Path different from ReNew?

ReNew is a guided programme.
The Golden Path is a personal accompaniment: individual, tailored to you weekly and worn together.

How does the personal accompaniment work?

We start with a conversation and remain in regular exchange throughout the entire period. Each week is reviewed, adjusted and continued – at your pace.

Am I available and supported during the escort?

Yes. In addition to the fixed dates, we can also be available to you in everyday life if questions or uncertainties arise.

Can I use the program while traveling?
