I have never practiced yoga before, is it suitable for me?

Anyone can practice Dao Yoga, you don't need any previous knowledge, no special skills, even if you haven't done any physical activity for years. You can start Dao Yoga at any stage and at any age. It does not require flexibility, it does not require physical strength, on the contrary, they are really soft and gentle exercises, even if the body is full of pain and there is a lot of back or joint pain. We literally take you by the hand. From where your body is today, step by step at your own pace. The videos are guided down to the smallest detail and we practice every exercise with you.

How can I cancel the subscription?

The subscription can be cancelled monthly, 6 monthly, or annually depending on the pricing plan you choose, on your next billing date. Just send us an email up to 72 hours before your next billing date, we'll cancel the subscription for you, stop billing, and send you back a confirmation email. Super easy, without headaches.

Where can I watch the training?

The workout can be viewed on any device connected to the Internet: mobile phone, tablet, computer or smart TV. You don't need any technical knowledge, when you register, we will introduce you exactly how to use the platform and if you have any problems, we will be available by phone or WhatsApp to answer questions or fix faults.

How do I know that I am doing the exercise correctly and not harming myself?

The instructions in the videos are very detailed. Practicing with our training videos is very intuitive and works with our "Parrot Method". You do what you see and information comes via audio. No overloaded instructions, but exactly what you need, at that moment. The goal is not to imitate a position super accurately, but to work within the limits of your body. In this way, we protect your body and also allow it to open up at a pace that is right for you, without causing damage or pain, no previous knowledge or special skills are required. You can start at any age and in any situation and gradually work your way from the very gentle practice to a more intensive practice.

I am very busy, what if I don't have time to do the exercises?

First of all, the exercises are very short between 10 and 30 minutes, so they can be easily integrated into a very busy everyday life. The exercises are available on any device, so you can practice at any time and place, making it much easier and easier to integrate into everyday life. In addition, we have provided "guides" that give you tips on how to turn your training into a habit and thus reach your goals safely.

How does Dao Yoga differ from other styles – Ashtanga, Vinyasa, etc.?

Dao Yoga combines techniques that we have collected over 15 years from the best teachers in the world and with our participants from many seminars. Not only from yoga styles, but also from Qi Gong and Tai Chi. The different series combine all these styles in such a way that they work on a different important level in each series, such as strength, flexibility, deep pain relief, etc. We combine different types of movement: circular, spiral movement that softens and relaxes down to the smallest point, dynamic, invigorating movement that renews and strengthens, opening and stretching movement that creates and releases flexibility. We work with very small movements and with large movements. In addition to the beauty and variety of our style, we have done very long exercises, sometimes 45 minutes, and from them we have created extremely effective techniques of 6 to 8 minutes. This allows you to achieve results much faster and still work very deeply.
