People were not just looking for movement, but for a way.
A place where body, mind, and breath can rediscover each other.

Our own paths weren't straightforward either. After years in high-tech management, Noa felt her heart needed something different – and immersed herself in yoga and healing methods. Ralf started as an electrician, studied, and advised global companies until the constant stress took its toll on his health and eventually led him to the Wudang Mountains.

For many years we have been able to experience the art of movement and healing in its depth – through learning from a Daoist master in the Wudang Mountains of China, through Ayurveda and type-appropriate practice in Kerala, and through daily work with our students in our house in southern Germany.

It became clear there: A yoga class, a Qi Gong session, or a Tai Chi sequence is often not enough. People need a practice that connects everything – soft and clear, grounding and opening, strengthening and calming.

DaoYoga – a fusion

From this realization, DaoYoga was born: a mindful fusion of Far Eastern movement arts, breathwork, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and consciousness work. When we taught this method at festivals – on Lake Constance, Lake Chiemsee, and in Vienna – we felt how deeply it touched people.

Do I need experience to get started with ReNew?

No. ReNew is structured in such a way that you can start without any previous knowledge.
The sessions are guided, mindful and clear – you will be guided step by step.

I'm very busy. How much time do I need?

ReNew fits into every everyday life.
The sessions last between 10 and 30 minutes and are practiced 3× per week .
Less time – but regularly and effectively.

How do I know if I should practice gently (Yin) or powerfully (Yang)?

After your registration, we will briefly talk about what you need:
more rest or more strength.
We recommend the track that suits your body and your everyday life.

What do I need for the exercises?

Only one device with internet access.
A mat, even the simplest is enough, no aids, no special equipment.
A quiet place is enough and supports the practice. Preferably always the same.

Can I practice ReNew on the go or while traveling?

Yes. All sessions run on mobile phone, tablet, notebook and smart TV
ReNew accompanies you, no matter where you are.

What if I take a week off?

No problem.
You can jump back in at any time – ReNew is flexible and forgiving of breaks.
It's about a path, not about perfection.

How do I know that I am doing the exercise correctly and not harming myself?

The instructions in the videos are very detailed. The practice with our videos is very intuitive and works with our "parrot method". You do what you see and information comes via audio. No overloaded instructions, but exactly what you need at that moment. The goal is not to imitate a position super accurately, but to work within the limits of your body. In this way, we protect your body and also allow it to open up at a pace that is right for you, without causing damage or pain, no previous knowledge or special skills are required. You can start at any age and in any situation and gradually work your way from the very gentle practice to a more intensive practice.

How is ReNew different from ReNew Plus (12 months)?

ReNew is a clearly managed monthly program.
