Master Ralf Pi Mao ZiXu

He was one of the first Western disciples to be accepted in the mountains of WuDang Shan as a personal disciple in the Zhang San Fen Pai lineage as the 15th generation.

The lessons with Ralf ZiXu are unique, thanks to his ability to awaken an energy together online or in the practice room that takes everyone with them. Many feel not only the special atmosphere, but also lightness and gentleness, which for many has started a healing process directly.

I have never practiced Dao Yoga or Yoga before, is it suitable for me?

Anyone can practice Dao Yoga "Pure Yin", you don't need any previous knowledge, no special skills, even if you haven't done any physical activity for years. You can start at any stage and at any age.
It requires no flexibility, no physical strength. On the contrary, they are soft and gentle exercises, even if you have back or joint pain, you can get started. We literally take you by the hand.

How do I know that I am doing the exercise correctly and not harming myself?

The instructions are very detailed. Practicing with Master Ralf ZiXu is very intuitive and we work with our "Parrot Method". You imitate what you see. No overloaded instructions, but exactly what you need, at that moment. The goal is not to imitate a position super accurately, but to work within the limits of your body. In this way, we protect your body and also enable it to open up at a pace that is right for you, without causing damage or pain. No previous experience or special skills are required. You can start at any age and in any situation and gradually work your way from the very gentle practice to a more intensive practice.
