Dao Yoga consists of, or rather combines movements or entire series of exercises, from Hata Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Kung Fu.
This is done under the motto: "Where yoga opens up and gives length, Tai Chi gives suppleness, Qi Gong energy and Kung Fu liveliness.
After we Noa and Ralf Peekel taught Yoga, Tai Chi, KungFu, Qi Gong, Ayurveda and Meditation separately in our House of Far Eastern Arts for thirteen years, our teacher training for three years consisted of at least two focal points, e.g. Yoga and QiGong or KungFu and TaiChi.
This ultimately led to our practice system Dao Yoga.
